How long is product covered by PowerExternal Store Limited Warranty?

  • Instead of the manufacturer's warranty for a product sold by PowerExternal.com we provide 12-MONTHS full store warranty. We warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, please e-mail us first, we'll assist you with instructions for returning the Device. Once we receive returned item, we'll either repair the hardware defect at no charge to you, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. After this process we'll ship the replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Note: Once your unit is replaced, your warranty won't start all over, that means your warranty continues from the original date of purchase.
