Return Authorization Request


- accepts returns if the following conditions are met:


  • If your item arrives Defective/dead on arrival (DOA), it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Defective/DOA returns are eligible for EXCHANGE only. If return is result of our error, we'll provide you with a postage pre-paid mailing label after your RMA request has been successfully submitted. Please complete the RMA request form below. All fields with * must be filled in. All defected/DOA items must be inspected by PowerExternal. If it is determined your product is not defected, it will be returned to you by USPS MAIL SERVICES. If PowerExternal is unable to replace your product, PowerExternal reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a FULL refund.
  • If your item or shipment was damaged in transit, please be sure to note it with the driver when accepting delivery of the item. If the package has been severely damaged or tampered with, please refuse the shipment from the shipping company. A replacement product will be mailed once your refused package is received.
  • If you receive the wrong product, please contact PowerExternal to acquire an RMA Number and initiate the return/replacement of the item. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as we secure your returned item. In the event of a shipping error, PowerExternal will reimburse all freight charges.

  • If your item is NOT defective, you may return your item within 30 days of the date of RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. In this case you'll not obtain a postage pre-paid mailing label for your returning your item. Your returned item must be in re-sellable/similar condition it was received, in the original manufacturer's packaging (if have), with all accessories, software and manuals; PowerExternal reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. Restocking fees are assessed upon receipt of the returned item. The minimum restocking fee for a non-defective item is 25%. Damaged items warrant a higher restocking fee. PowerExternal reserves the right to refuse a return if the item bares considerable damage OR not sold through PowerExternal.com. Refused items will be returned by USPS MAILING SERVICES. After your returned item is received, PowerExternal'll inspect it first, after PowerExternal has instpected it and approved for a refund, PowerExternal'll issue a FULL refund.

  • If your item is defective after 30 days of the date of purchase, PowerExternal warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, please contact PowerExternal first, we'll assist you with instructions for returning the Device. Once PowerExternal receive returned item, PowerExternal'll either repair the hardware defect at no charge to you, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. After this process we'll ship the replacement to you ASAP.

  • Regardless the reason for the return, please contact our Customer Service Department before sending back any item(s). We can not accept returns without previous authorization from that department. Return the product please in its original condition also enclosed a copy of your receipt, all shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise. We recommend to purchase a insurance when ship the product. If you choose not to use postal insurance, PowerExternal.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
