You can track your package via the Your Orders page. The shipping method of U.S. Postal Service and the tracking or delivery confirmation number for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Shipment can be confirmed at www.usps.com (Cut & Paste number into Tracking Number field for accuracy) when the event information is available. Since the package wasn't taken directly to acceptance scan at postal office. The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. (This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk.)

The first package scan not be until delivery. (If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.)

USPS First-Class Mail International is not trackable, however we'll provide you a customs declaration number. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT customs declaration number is not a tracking number, it just shows that your order has been shipped out from our warehouse and confirms that US postal office has received the package. Shipment Acceptance can be confirmed at www.usps.com (Cut & Paste Custom Form number into Tracking Number field for accuracy) when the event information is available.

  • USPS First-Class Mail Service: You can expect your order to take 3 to 5 business days longer to arrive than if you had selected this standard shipping option.

  • USPS Priority Mail Service: You can expect your order to take 2 to 3 business days longer to arrive than if you had selected this expedited shipping option.

  • USPS Express Mail Service: You can expect your order to take 1 to 2 business days longer to arrive than if you had selected this express shipping option (delivery dates based on what time your payment was received on the same day that you place the order)

- Packages mailed to destinations outside the continental US can take longer than 21 days and delivery date can sometimes be unpredictable. Please Keep in mind that all deliveries may be delayed due to added security measures by local customs, or associated with local shipping carrier that has been used. We'd like to encourage you to please be patient in such situation.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

  • Returned items must be in new condition or in the condition as they are received.
    - For personal hygiene products such as headphones, earphones or ear tips we WILL ONLY accept returns/exchanges if they are faulty or DOA. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.
  • All in-box bundled accessories must be returned with your purchase.
    - Please pack all in-box bundled accessories inside original retail box. Returns without the original package if the package has been opened and damaged, using original bubbled envelope or brown carton box as a shipping package, or missing accessories WILL NOT be accepted.
  • Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.
    - Email Customer Service for a defective item return. we will only exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.
